Contract carried out in 2017 for a Housing Association in Rotherham. Works consisted of removal of existing timber fascia’s, soffits, bargeboards,  PVCu ½ round gutter and dry verge system.

The replacement  was carried out with all new PVCu products, upgrading the ½ round guttering to a deep flow system.

The existing cladding was in good condition so it was deemed a better and more cost effective  option to leave it in place and cover with the new PVCu cladding
